When you are happy with your final product and have no more edits to make, we will create a Digitized version of your paper pattern. We Grade this digital pattern in order to create sizes for your product. You can supply us with your size guidelines or we can develop them for you. Marking is the process of taking all of the pattern pieces over your full order size and laying them out to optimize for cutting. Sometimes we make the marker, sometimes the factory makes the marker, it depends on the product and the factory. When your marker is made, you can determine your exact yields per unit. At this point you will know exactly how much fabric to order and can better determine your product’s final cost.
